Healthy glucose levels typically stay between 70-140mg/dL. You may find yourself outside of the healthy range (below 70mg/dL or above 140mg/dL) and that is OK. Most healthy adults see glucose out of this range for 30 minutes to 2 hours per day.1
Glucose spikes, especially after you eat, are normal, but minimizing those that go above the healthy range (140mg/dL) is a good idea for long-term health. Less time above 140mg/dL is linked to a lower risk of diabetes.2
